Where Does Your Bike Live

This challenge just seemed too much fun to let pass....A View From Above (owner of a new man cave) has issued this challenge, "Where Does Your Bike Live."
So, this is where my Star lives and she's happy to be home though her space has gotten a bit more cramped since Randy (the Rescue Dummy) has moved in. I imagine she enjoys his company during the lonely nights even if he scares the crap out of me everytime I walk into the place.
Home is where the heart is.

  1. The rescue dummy "Randy" is a really odd thing to have in your garage. There must be a good story there.

  2. Love the explanatory notes!

Is that really a little red wagon? Always wanted one of those after watching years of Disney films - never seen one over here...

  4. Ha, I too love the little notes where you've labeled everything. Very creative.

It is nice that the bike is out of the elements, that is a good thing and it has company too. Cozy.

  6. Andrew - it's a nice wagon (not the metal red wagon though). The wooden sides are lined with canvas and it has a little canvas saddle bag for all a gal's accessories plus pneumatic tires. Heavy as all get out to haul but a slick ride.

Come on Bob & Canajun - I can't believe I'm the only person with a Randy in the garage, I thought everybody had one. (I can feel a What's the weirdest thing in your garage challenge coming ...)

Thanks Trobairitz (I had a bit of fun) and she is out of the elements, just barely though. The garage/shed - once milk house doesn't have a door anymore, thus the need for a rain/snow cover (not to mention it keeps the Robins from using her as a toilet).

  7. I found your blog as part of the "were does your bike live" challenge. Very nice.

I like the idea of a "what's the weirdest thing in your garage" challenge. Mine would be either a WWII anti-aircraft target kite, or something packed in a suit case...

  8. Thanks Erik - by the way have you checked out Erik's garage (http://fjr-trips10.blogspot.ca/). Believe me if I'd seen it first I would have second thoughts about posting where my bike lives. An airport by anyother name might be Erik's garage.

    1. Thanks, the house was a bargain in these days of foreclosures. The guy that built it must have been thinking this was his dream garage. I love it!!
