The 18th Annual Battersea Pumpkin Festival
In pictures...
There's something special about living in a place "where everybody knows your name" and the whole town gets happy celebrating fall.
That is a pretty darn cute puppy face. Makes me want to pet him/her and ruffle the ears. Of course, that little donkey looks like he needs head rub too.
Gary, what can I say - us colonists don't have an original idea ... if it wasn't already named by the Natives we just picked one from the Old Country. I, myself, grew up near Cornwall ... and London, of course I've been there (Ontario, that is!)
Now that looks like great fun! The puppy face, the pumpkin, the guy on the model train! What a great day!
ReplyDelete...wasn't that the cutest puppy face ever! It was great fun ... for young and old.
ReplyDeleteOooh, that just looks like such a great day.

Never been to a pumpkin festival, but I have been to Battersea. In fact I went to school there.
ReplyDeleteBattersea, in London, that is. It looks a whole lot different from your Battersea!
