Tour Master Bags, Big Boats, Good Food And A Real Photo Bomber

With no real plans to ride for the day I reorganized my packing. I'm loving the new Tour Master Cruiser III saddle bags even as I get used to my new packing system. So far they've remained 'shapely' and I can't tell you how much, after struggling with the double Gears zippers for years, I am enjoying the ease of the zipper open 'lid' style of the cruiser bag. Though at first I complained they don't fit my 19" tent poles they fit the bike much better. They adjust to sit higher, don't push on the signal lights and seem to hold as much, if not more than the Gears bags. They don't, however, expand so what I've packed is almost all they can hold. And that's my Tour Master Cruiser Bag review ... now on to Charlottetown PEI.
Charlottetown is celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Charlottetown Conference, where the talks of Confederation began. The city's a happening place. Charlottetown Harbour is a regular stop on the East Coast Cruise Boat Circuit and there happened to be one moored today.
I met Ron and the PEI folks at Peaks Quay Restaurant for lunch, (finally remembering to take out the camera before devouring my food.) My chicken wrap was delicious and I hear the Lobster rolls were too.
After lunch Ron was off to the other side of the Island, but not before posing, and being photo bombed (for real) with his bike. (And yes, he had the nerve to park right under the no parking sign for the afternoon.) To top off the day I got to see Serena Ryder live in concert on the Quay. Life is Good!

    1. I could hardly believe they could put that big ship in that little tiny harbor.

    1. I know, I keep forgetting to take pictures of the food before I eat it and you sure wouldn't want pictures after I'm done with it ;) Ron and I had a great trip to the North Cape.
