I haven't had much to say lately, it's been same old, same old and way too much of it to have time for anything else. I'm glad spring has finally - really arrived and along with it I'm glad I have the opportunity to spend a couple of days in Niagara Falls - mid week, bonus!
This was today, sunrise to sunset. (minus 6 hours inside the Scotia Bank Conference Center.)
Star comes out of hibernation next week.
At last! I was starting to get worried about you! I have a couple days off next week and I'm hoping to go for short jaunt around Ithica and check out some falls areas while the water levels still up. Glad to see you'll be on the road soon.
ReplyDeleteThank you for worrying ... I just got tired of whining about work and winter ;o) and with nothing better to say, decided not to say anything at all.
DeleteThe Finger Lakes area is beautiful though I've never really gone much off the beaten path. Can't wait to hear about your mini vacation. Enjoy!
So lovely to see sunny spring weather for you. I bet you are soaking up the rays.
ReplyDeleteOne more week and you'll be back on two wheels. Yay.
Trobairitz we have just been catapulted from winter into summer. Three weeks ago it was snowing today in Niagara Falls the temperature hit 33 C. Hope last week wasn't the only 'perfect' riding week of the season.
DeleteReally nice photos. I've never been to Niagara Falls (U.S. or Canadian) just seen on TV. How much love longer before the semesters done?
ReplyDeleteThanks Richard. It's a strange (in my opinion) city. It's a city with a 'split personality.'
ReplyDeleteWow, Karen, these are mighty pretty pictures. Good, to see all is well with you.
ReplyDeleteThank you Sonja. I was thrilled to catch a rainbow over the falls (actually, they happen every sunny afternoon but I was mesmerized by the sight) and I was thrilled to have one night time shot nearly in focus since I didn't have a tri pod.
