Just over 3,500 km and back home again. Took the scenic route until the construction became too unpredictable then headed to the Trans Canada. Beat the rain and the dark. Unbelievable, no more than two drops of rain on the entire ride - and this is what real wifi feels like (insert smiley here!) And that's all she wrote, for now.
A pretty nice trip. Where to next?
ReplyDeleteThanks Richard, it was short but lovely. I was able to combine two of my favourite things, riding and walking/hiking. I found a number of beautiful trails and places to walk. Put about 200k on foot.
DeleteAre you sad that it's over or glad you're back home?
ReplyDeleteReally mixed feelings when it's over 🙃
DeleteGood trip, home safe, now onto the next one!
ReplyDeleteWonderful trip, safe and sound and missing the road ;0)
DeleteGlad you made it home safe. It is nice to go away, but nice to be home in our own bed too.
ReplyDeleteThanks Brandy. Your own bed, isn't wonderful, especially with a human in it, or so said the cat!
DeleteA nice trip. Amazing how you managed to avoid all the rain though. Pouring here again today. :(
ReplyDeleteWe are under a rainfall warning here as well ... glad I got home Saturday (and I will never brag about a dry ride again!)
DeleteOnce again thank you for documenting your vacation , a vicarious tour for me. I like your views of the world through the aperture. don
ReplyDeleteThanks Don.
